The delivery estimates below begin when your order is dispatched, not when your order is placed.

You will receive an email when your order is on its way, with tracking information where available.

Need to change your delivery address before dispatch? Contact support@limitsarefiction.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment.

Orders containing different products.

Some products may have different dispatch windows.

Where this happens, we will make it clear at checkout whether your order will be sent together or in separate shipments.

Missing or damaged orders.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or is shown as delivered but has not been received, contact support@limitsarefiction.com.

Include your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the delivery provider and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

14 days. No drama.

For most products ordered online, you may cancel your order at any point before dispatch and up to 14 days after the day you receive it.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the products.

Contact support@limitsarefiction.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

You may inspect or try a product as you reasonably would in a shop.

Products should be returned unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Where reasonably possible, please include the original tags and packaging.

We may make a reasonable deduction from your refund where handling beyond what would normally be permitted in a shop has reduced the product's value.

Any product-specific return exception will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied.

If your product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact support@limitsarefiction.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful.

We will cover reasonable return costs and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or repair.

We aim to process refunds within five working days of receiving your return.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

For eligible cancellations, we will also refund the standard shipping charge you paid. Where an order qualified for free shipping, there will be no original shipping charge to refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
